Texas Old-Time Restaurants and Cafes

Visit any new town, and your first question almost always is where can we go for a good meal? Texas Roadside Cafes pays tribute to at least 50 well-established, tried-and-true restaurants and cafes around the state and a few off-the-wall ones, too, such as the Big Texan Steak Ranch (established in 1960) in Amarillo and Po-Po Family Restaurant (in business since 1938) near Welfare.
